MAGE-A10c796T is an investigational immunotherapy consisting of genetically modified T cells designed to target the MAGE-A10 cancer/testis antigen. This therapy involves collecting a patient's own T cells, genetically modifying them to express a specific T cell receptor (TCR) that recognizes the MAGE-A10 peptide presented on tumor cells in the context of HLA*02:01 and/or HLA*02:06, and then reinfusing these cells back into the patient after lymphodepleting chemotherapy[1][3][6][8]. The treatment process includes: 1. Collection of T cells from the patient's blood through apheresis 2. Genetic modification of these T cells using a lentiviral vector containing the MAGE-A10c796 TCR 3. Administration of lymphodepleting chemotherapy (typically fludarabine and cyclophosphamide) 4. Infusion of the modified T cells back into the patient 5. Close monitoring for safety and efficacy[1][6][8] MAGE-A10 is a cancer/testis antigen expressed in approximately 42% of urothelial cancers, 26% of melanomas, 17% of head and neck cancers, and is also found in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)[3][6][8][10].
