**Mahatinib**, also known as (R)-9b or AB-110, is a novel small molecule inhibitor targeting ACK1 (activated Cdc42-associated kinase 1), a non-receptor tyrosine kinase implicated in prostate cancer progression and drug resistance in breast and lung cancers. Developed as a highly selective inhibitor, it demonstrates dual activity against ACK1-dependent signaling pathways that drive oncogenic processes, positioning it as a potential therapeutic for advanced solid tumors, particularly prostate cancer.
