MaiLi Define

MaiLi Define is a premium hyaluronic acid (HA)-based injectable dermal filler developed by Sinclair Pharma. It is part of the MaiLi portfolio, which includes Precise, Define, Volume, and Extreme. MaiLi Define contains 18 mg/ml of crosslinked hyaluronic acid and 0.3% lidocaine. It is manufactured using the patented OxiFree technology, which preserves long HA molecular chains through anaerobic crosslinking with BDDE (1,4-Butanediol diglycidyl ether), resulting in a supple, spring-like gel with high projection power and longevity. The product is indicated for filling deep wrinkles, such as perioral and marionette lines, and for enhancing lip volume and definition while maintaining natural dynamic facial expressions. It is a CE-marked medical device administered via deep intradermal injection or into the labial mucosa.
