Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MaiLi Extreme is a high-concentration, hyaluronic acid (HA)-based injectable dermal filler developed by Sinclair Pharmaceuticals. As the most robust product in the MaiLi portfolio, it contains 24 mg/ml of cross-linked HA and 3 mg/ml of lidocaine to enhance patient comfort during injection. The filler is produced using proprietary OxiFree™ Technology, an anaerobic cross-linking process that preserves the integrity of long HA chains while minimizing the requirement for the chemical cross-linker 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether (BDDE). This results in a gel with high projection power and dynamic elasticity, making it suitable for deep volume restoration and facial sculpting. MaiLi Extreme is indicated for the correction of facial aging features, including temporal hollowing, midface volume deficit, jawline ptosis, and chin retrusion, with clinical effects lasting approximately 12 months.
