Overview
Makro B is an oral vitamin B-complex supplement developed and manufactured by Tunggal Idaman Abdi. Formulated as a sugar-coated tablet, each dose contains a combination of essential B vitamins, including vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), nicotinamide, calcium pantothenate, and biotin.
