ADC-2 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) characterized by a maleimidocaproyl valine-citrulline-p-aminobenzyl carbamate cleavable linker and a monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) payload. This ADC is utilized in studies to understand the biotransformation of ADCs, including the release mechanism of catabolites and the stability of intact ADCs in circulation.
