MAM01

MAM01 is a monoclonal antibody targeting the Plasmodium falciparum circumsporozoite protein (PfCSP), specifically binding to the NANP repeats and NVDP in the minor and major central repeat regions of this protein. This binding mechanism limits parasite motility and prevents malaria infection. It is designed as a long-acting intervention for malaria prevention, engineered as a fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibody with an "LS" mutation to extend its in vivo half-life. It is optimized for high productivity and yield in CHO cells and formulated at 150mg/mL, suitable for intravenous (IV), intramuscular (IM), or subcutaneous (SC) administration. It is designed to provide protection against malaria for 3-6 months with a single dose.
