MANA-412

MANA-412 is a preclinical, off‑the‑shelf allogeneic T‑cell therapy being developed by Mana Therapeutics for the treatment of transplant‑ineligible acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and solid tumors.[3][5] Generated using Mana’s EDIFY platform, the product comprises non–genetically modified allogeneic T cells that are trained ex vivo to recognize multiple tumor-associated antigens, including the Wilms tumor 1 (WT1) antigen, with the goal of inducing broad immunologic cytotoxicity against malignant cells while maintaining a scalable, readily available cell product.[3][5] As of the latest public reports, MANA-412 remains in preclinical development with plans to advance into first‑in‑human studies following an Investigational New Drug application filing.[3]
