Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MANA-512 is an investigational immunotherapy developed by Mana Therapeutics targeting solid tumors. It is a preclinical T cell receptor (TCR) therapy specific for the WT1 (Wilms' tumor 1) antigen, designed to recognize and eliminate WT1-expressing cancer cells. WT1 is overexpressed in various solid tumors, making it a promising target for TCR-based treatments; preclinical studies have demonstrated a strong safety profile and immunological anti-tumor activity, validating MANA's tumor antigen selection approach.[8]
