Overview
**Manera** (also referred to as **MAnera** or **MEnera**) is an over-the-counter (OTC) formulation developed by **Medicinal Technologies** for reproductive health and fertility support. While the female-focused formulation (**MEnera**) is marketed for menstrual irregularities, menopausal symptoms, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and female infertility, the male-focused pipeline candidate (**MAnera** or **Manera**) is in preclinical development for male infertility, including low sperm count, poor sperm motility, and abnormal sperm morphology. The formulation is a combination of natural bioactive compounds, including allicin (an organosulfur compound derived from garlic), ubiquinol (the active antioxidant form of Coenzyme Q10), and *Lepidium meyenii* (maca) root extract, designed to act at the cellular and endocrine levels to restore hormonal rhythms and reduce oxidative stress.
