MAQ-001 is a novel anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody developed by MabQuest SA. It is designed to inhibit T cell exhaustion through an alternative mechanism that is independent of the conventional PD-1/PDL-1 blockade pathway. This investigational drug is being studied as a potential treatment for various advanced solid tumors, including cancers of the skin, lung, kidney, liver, stomach, bowel, female reproductive system, and hematology lymph nodes. It is being evaluated both as a monotherapy and in combination with ipilimumab.
