MAS060

MAS060 is a topical, non-steroidal formulation developed for the treatment of mild-to-moderate atopic dermatitis. It is a variant of the MAS063DP (Atopiclair) formulation, containing lower concentrations of key active ingredients including glycyrrhetinic acid, telmesteine, and *Vitis vinifera* extract, and is formulated without preservatives. MAS060 functions as a barrier-repair cream intended to restore skin integrity and provide anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. In clinical studies involving pediatric patients, MAS060 demonstrated significantly lower efficacy compared to the standard MAS063DP formulation and did not show a statistically significant difference from the vehicle control.
