**MASCT-I** is an autologous, multi-antigen cellular cancer immunotherapy developed by HRYZ Biotech. The treatment is manufactured as sequential cellular products: antigen-loaded dendritic-cell vaccines intended to prime and expand tumor-reactive immunity, followed by adoptive infusion of autologous anti-tumor effector T cells. The antigen composition is not publicly specified, so MASCT-I is designed to generate immune responses against multiple tumor-associated antigens rather than one defined molecular target. In advanced soft tissue sarcoma, MASCT-I is being evaluated with doxorubicin and ifosfamide as first-line treatment in a Phase II study.
