Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MateRegen Gel is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid (Na-hyaluronate) gel medical device developed by BioRegen Biomedical Changzhou. It is a Class III medical device designed for the prevention of intrauterine adhesions (IUA) following intrauterine surgical procedures. The gel is prepared using a proprietary thiolated chemistry to create a self-cross-linked, non-animal-sourced hydrogel. It functions by physically isolating the uterine cavity walls during the critical 7–30 day healing period post-surgery, after which it is naturally degraded and absorbed. MateRegen has received CFDA approval in China, CE certification in Europe, and TGA registration in Australia, and is recognized in AAGL/ESGE treatment guidelines.
