Mavertai

Mavertai is an investigational T-cell receptor engineered T-cell (TCR-T) therapy being developed by Keshihua (Nanjing) Biotechnology (TCRx) for the treatment of multiple myeloma. As a TCR-based cell therapy, it involves the genetic modification of a patient's T cells to express a specific T-cell receptor that recognizes tumor-associated antigens presented by MHC molecules on myeloma cells. This approach aims to leverage the immune system's specificity to target and eliminate malignant plasma cells.
