Overview

This is a combination of two monoclonal antibody drugs — **mavrostobart** and **tislelizumab** — under investigation for the treatment of cancers. Mavrostobart is an anti-CD73 monoclonal antibody designed to counter the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment by completely inhibiting both soluble and membrane-bound CD73 enzyme activity, thereby increasing antitumor immune activation. Tislelizumab is a humanized anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody immune checkpoint inhibitor engineered to minimize Fc receptor binding and reduce off-target immune activation. The combination is intended to synergistically block the adenosine-mediated immunosuppressive pathway (via CD73) and the PD-1 checkpoint pathway, with the goal of enhancing antitumor immune response in solid tumors. Clinical studies to date focus on advanced malignancies, including solid tumors such as non-small cell lung cancer and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma[1][2][4][5][6][7][8][10].
