Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MAX-2 is a small molecule radiopharmaceutical imaging agent developed by **Guangzhou Zaiji Medical Technology** (Maxinovel) for use in positron emission tomography (PET) imaging. It is designed to target **Programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1)**, allowing for the non-invasive assessment of PD-L1 expression levels in patients with **solid tumors**. This imaging tool is intended to help clinicians identify patients who are most likely to benefit from PD-1/PD-L1 targeted immunotherapies and to monitor treatment response. MAX-2 is currently in **Phase 1/2** clinical development.
