Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MaxGXL, originally marketed as Connexion GXL, is a dietary supplement formulated to enhance the body's endogenous production of glutathione, a vital intracellular antioxidant. Developed by Dr. Robert Keller and marketed by Max International, the product provides a proprietary blend of glutathione precursors, including N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) and L-glutamine, which are rate-limiting components in the synthesis of glutathione. The formulation also includes alpha-lipoic acid to support the recycling of glutathione and other antioxidants, as well as quercetin and cordyceps for additional metabolic and immune support. MaxGXL is primarily indicated for reducing oxidative stress, supporting immune function, and promoting overall cellular health by maintaining optimal glutathione levels, which typically decline with age and environmental stressors.
