**MB-003** is an investigational fixed-dose cocktail of three mouse-human chimeric monoclonal antibodies—c13C6, c6D8, and h-13F6—directed against Ebola virus glycoprotein. The antibodies bind distinct Ebola virus glycoprotein epitopes and are intended to neutralize virus and promote immune-mediated viral clearance. MB-003 was developed by the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases and Mapp Biopharmaceutical, with plant-based production in *Nicotiana benthamiana*. It demonstrated post-exposure efficacy in Ebola virus-infected rhesus macaques, but its components were subsequently used to inform the optimized successor cocktail ZMapp rather than advancing MB-003 as a standalone clinical product.
