Overview

MB-GBM-101 is an experimental small interfering RNA (siRNA) therapeutic being developed by Mercury Bio (Mercury Holdings) for the treatment of glioblastoma. The drug utilizes RNA interference (RNAi) to silence specific target genes involved in the progression of glioblastoma cells. Mercury Bio's platform focuses on the delivery of such payloads across the blood-brain barrier (BBB) to reach intracranial targets. As of early 2024, MB-GBM-101 is in the preclinical stage of development.
