Overview

MB14 is a monoclonal antibody biosimilar currently in preclinical development by mAbxience in collaboration with Libbs. It is being developed for applications within the field of hematology. As of early 2025, the asset is positioned in Stage 0 (Clone and Proof of Concept) of the mAbxience pipeline. While the specific reference biologic and molecular target have not been publicly disclosed, MB14 represents an expansion of the developers' biosimilar portfolio, which already includes established products like rituximab (MB01) and bevacizumab (MB02). The development is part of a strategic partnership between the Spanish biotechnology company mAbxience and the Brazilian pharmaceutical firm Libbs.
