Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MBRC-301 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by MBrace Therapeutics for the treatment of various solid tumors. Developed using a proprietary target discovery technology, MBRC-301 is designed to target a novel protein expressed on the surface of cancer cells. As of early 2024, the candidate is in the IND-enabling phase of development. While the specific molecular target, linker, and cytotoxic payload have not been publicly disclosed, the drug follows the classic ADC mechanism of selective delivery of a therapeutic agent to malignant cells to minimize systemic toxicity.
