Overview

MBS314 is a humanized trispecific antibody designed for the treatment of relapsed and/or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM). It simultaneously targets and binds to B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) and G protein-coupled receptor family C group 5 member D (GPRC5D) on tumor cells, as well as CD3 on T cells. This enables the recruitment and activation of T cells to kill myeloma cells expressing either BCMA or GPRC5D, thereby overcoming tumor heterogeneity in RRMM. The drug demonstrates linear pharmacokinetics with a half-life supporting weekly or biweekly dosing. Developed by Beijing Mabworks Biotech in collaboration with Kangyuan Botron Biotechnology, MBS314 is currently being evaluated in Phase 1/2 clinical trials in China[2][4][5][6].
