Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MBTC-AD-EVs is an extracellular vesicle (EV)-based therapeutic candidate being developed by Stemmedicare for the treatment of atopic dermatitis. The drug is produced using Stemmedicare's proprietary immune-tolerized EV technology and is specifically designed for intravenous (IV) administration. This systemic approach distinguishes it from the company's other atopic dermatitis candidate, MBTC-MSC-EX0, which is a topical formulation. MBTC-AD-EVs is currently in the preclinical stage of development, aimed at leveraging the regenerative and immunomodulatory properties of EVs to manage inflammatory skin conditions.
