Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MBTC-MSC-EXO is a clinical-stage, extracellular vesicle-based therapeutic developed by Stemmedicare. It consists of exosomes derived from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and is designed for the topical treatment of atopic dermatitis. These MSC-derived exosomes function by delivering a cargo of bioactive proteins, lipids, and RNAs that exert immunomodulatory and regenerative effects, aiming to reduce skin inflammation and repair the damaged skin barrier characteristic of atopic dermatitis.
