Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MBTC-OA-EVs is an extracellular vesicle (EV)-based therapeutic candidate being developed by Stemmedicare for the treatment of osteoarthritis (OA). The drug is produced using Stemmedicare's proprietary non-immunogenic EV platform. While the specific molecular targets and mechanism of action have not been fully disclosed, the therapy is intended to leverage the regenerative and anti-inflammatory properties of stem cell-derived EVs to mitigate joint degradation and promote tissue repair in OA patients. As of the latest pipeline information, MBTC-OA-EVs is in the preclinical candidate stage of development.
