Overview

MC 3x3 is an oral immune-modulating supplement containing 25mg of 1,3 beta-glucans derived from the fungus *Trichoderma sp.* Developed by Wohlstand Pharmaceutical, it is being investigated as a therapeutic intervention for hospitalized COVID-19 patients requiring oxygen support. As a biological response modifier, MC 3x3 aims to modulate the immune system's response to SARS-CoV-2 infection, potentially improving clinical symptoms and outcomes. The product was evaluated in a Phase 2 pilot randomized trial to assess its efficacy in reducing the severity of COVID-19 symptoms by priming innate immune cells and enhancing the host's biological response to the virus.
