Overview

MC004 is a naked monoclonal antibody targeting folate receptor alpha (FRα), currently in IND-enabling development by Medicovestor. It is being developed for the treatment of endometriosis and malignant mesothelioma. By binding to FRα, which is overexpressed in certain inflammatory and malignant tissues, MC004 aims to modulate or inhibit FRα-mediated pathways to treat these conditions.
