Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**MCT-475** is a patent-pending antigen-presenting immunoglobulin therapeutic (IgP) developed by MultiCell Technologies for the treatment of **colorectal cancer** and other solid tumors. It functions by presenting tumor or viral antigens to enhance immune recognition and activation when co-administered with dsRNA therapeutic **MCT-465**, inducing potent anti-tumor and antiviral immunity in preclinical mouse models, including tumor eradication, immune memory, and expansion of cytokine-producing T-cells such as IFNγ and IL-2 producers. No clinical trials have been reported, and development appears to remain at the preclinical stage as of the last available updates around 2012.[1][3][5][7][8]
