MCTL001 (MCTL® Multi-Target Anti-Tumor Cell Drug) is an autologous cell therapy developed by Hebei Bio-High Technology Development. It consists of a combination of dendritic cells (DCs) and multi-target cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs). The therapy is designed to recognize and attack tumor cells by targeting over 322 tumor-specific cluster targets across 19 different types of solid tumors, including lung, pancreatic, colorectal, and gastric cancers. MCTL001 is classified as a Class 1 new drug in China and is currently in the NDA filing stage. The production of clinical samples for the therapy has been conducted in collaboration with Jiuzhou Pharmaceutical, and clinical trials have been conducted at major Chinese medical institutions including Peking Union Medical College Hospital and PLA General Hospital.
