Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MDG2012 is an investigational autologous T cell receptor-engineered T cell (TCR-T) therapy targeting the KRAS G12V mutation presented by HLA-A*03. It is being developed by Medigene for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapy leverages a highly specific, sensitive, and safe (3S) TCR platform designed to recognize and eliminate cancer cells harboring the KRAS G12V mutation in the context of HLA-A*03. As of August 2024, MDG2012 remains in preclinical development with lead selection expected in 2025[1][4][6][10].
