Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MDG3010 is a T cell receptor (TCR)-based T cell engager (TCE) therapy co-developed by Medigene and WuXi Biologics. It utilizes Medigene’s proprietary 3S (sensitivity, specificity, safety) TCR technology to target the KRAS G12V mutation presented on HLA-A*11:01—a well-characterized oncogenic driver found in hard-to-treat cancers such as pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer (CRC), and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The therapy is designed to connect T cells directly to tumor cells expressing this neoantigen, enhancing immune-mediated tumor destruction. The development leverages the WuXiBody platform for engineering flexibility and scalable manufacturing. This approach aims to provide a highly specific and effective treatment option for patients with aggressive KRAS-driven tumors[1][2][3][7].
