Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MDH-313 is a microbial extracellular vesicle (EV)-based therapeutic under development by MD Healthcare for the treatment of solid cancers and childhood cancers. Derived from commensal microbes, these extracellular vesicles act as nonliving biological nanoparticles that can penetrate cellular organelles and target distant organs to modulate the immune system and induce protective anti-tumor responses. MDH-313 is currently in Phase 1 clinical development.
