MDR-001

MDR-001 is a novel, orally bioavailable small-molecule glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor agonist (GLP-1 RA) developed by MindRank for the treatment of obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Discovered using MindRank's proprietary AI platform Molecule Pro, MDR-001 selectively targets β-arrestin 2 and demonstrates high functional potency and selectivity in preclinical studies. Its mechanism involves binding to the GLP-1 receptor to stimulate insulin release from the pancreas, thereby reducing blood glucose levels and promoting weight loss.
