Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ME010 is a recombinant protein therapeutic being developed by Letolab for the treatment of Growth Hormone Deficiency (GHD). It functions as an agonist of the growth hormone receptor (GHR), designed to mimic the physiological activity of endogenous growth hormone to stimulate growth and regulate metabolic processes. By targeting the GHR, ME010 aims to provide a replacement therapy for patients who lack sufficient natural growth hormone production. As of the current pipeline status, the drug is in the IND-enabling phase of development.
