**ME1 overexpression TILs** are tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) genetically engineered to overexpress **ME1** (malic enzyme 1), a metabolic enzyme that converts malic acid to pyruvic acid, generating NADPH to support redox balance, lipid synthesis, and metabolic fitness in T cells.
