Mecbotamab vedotin + nivolumab is a combination therapy being investigated for the treatment of solid tumors, particularly non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and sarcomas. Mecbotamab vedotin (BA3011) is a conditionally and reversibly active antibody drug conjugate (CAB-AXL-ADC) targeting the receptor tyrosine kinase AXL. Nivolumab is a PD-1 inhibitor. The combination is being studied in patients who have previously progressed on PD-1/L1, EGFR or ALK inhibitor therapies.
