Mechanically Engineered Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cell-Derived Exosomes (ME-UCMSC-Exo) are an exosome-based therapeutic derived from umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells. These exosomes are mechanically engineered to enhance their therapeutic efficacy. They function by delivering bioactive molecules, including proteins, microRNAs, and growth factors, to target cells, thereby promoting tissue regeneration. This therapy is being investigated for its potential to improve endometrial thickness in women with thin endometrium, a condition linked to female infertility and intrauterine adhesions.
