Mecompy-Plus is a multi-ingredient nutritional supplement and finished generic formulation manufactured by Kaizen Pharmaceuticals. It is a combination product containing methylcobalamin (1500 mcg), alpha-lipoic acid (100 mg), pyridoxine hydrochloride (3 mg), folic acid (1.5 mg), and several minerals and nutrients including zinc, chromium, selenium, biotin, and inositol. The formulation is primarily indicated for the treatment of Vitamin B12 deficiency, including pernicious anemia, and for managing symptoms of peripheral neuropathy such as pain, numbness, and paralysis.
