Overview

Med-Oligo is a proprietary antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) technology platform developed by AusperBio. It is designed to enhance ASO therapeutics through novel design insights and efficient targeted delivery conjugation. The platform is modular, enabling the development of therapies for a broad range of conditions, including viral infections (specifically chronic hepatitis B), metabolic diseases, genetic disorders, and immune-related conditions. The lead candidate utilizing this technology is AHB-137, an unconjugated ASO currently in Phase III clinical trials for the functional cure of chronic hepatitis B. The platform aims to expand into immuno-oncology and muscle diseases.
