Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MED402 is a novel tumor-targeted radioligand therapy (RLT) being developed by Medley Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. The drug is designed to deliver a radionuclide payload directly to cancer cells by utilizing a targeting molecule that binds to specific tumor-associated antigens. This mechanism allows for localized delivery of ionizing radiation to the tumor microenvironment, aiming to induce DNA damage and cell death in malignant cells while minimizing exposure to healthy tissues. MED402 is currently in the preclinical and IND-enabling stages of development.
