MedChewRX is a medical cannabis-based chewing gum containing a 1:1 ratio of cannabidiol (CBD) and delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), typically dosed at 5mg of each per piece. Developed by AXIM Biotechnologies, the product is designed to provide a controlled, sustained release of cannabinoids through the oral mucosa, thereby bypassing first-pass liver metabolism and increasing bioavailability compared to traditional oral ingestion.
