Overview

MEDI-6469 is a murine monoclonal antibody that acts as an agonist of the OX40 (CD134) co-stimulatory receptor. By binding to and activating OX40 on T cells, MEDI-6469 stimulates immune responses with potential immunostimulatory and antitumor effects. It was developed for use in various cancers including breast cancer, colorectal cancer, diffuse large B cell lymphoma, head and neck cancer, prostate cancer, and other solid tumors. The drug was investigated both as monotherapy and in combination with other immune therapies such as tremelimumab. Development has been discontinued for all known indications[1][2][3][5].
