MEDI0562 + durvalumab

**MEDI0562 + durvalumab** is a combination immunotherapy regimen under investigation for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. MEDI0562 is a humanized IgG1κ monoclonal antibody that acts as an agonist of OX40, a costimulatory molecule expressed on activated T cells, enhancing antitumor immune responses. Durvalumab is a human monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), blocking its interaction with PD-1 and CD80 to restore T-cell function.
