Overview

MEDI8367 is a monoclonal antibody developed by AstraZeneca for the treatment of chronic kidney disease. It acts as an inhibitor of transforming growth factor beta (TGFβ) by targeting integrin beta-8 (ITGB8), thereby blocking TGFβ activation.
