MediReg is a biologic medicinal product composed of the secretome of human mesenchymal stromal cells (hMSCs), provided as a lyophilizate for the preparation of an injectable solution. It is being developed for the treatment of severe male infertility, including non-obstructive azoospermia and severe oligoasthenoteratozoospermia (OAT). The drug is administered via a single injection into the testes to improve spermatogenesis and sperm quality, potentially increasing the success of assisted reproductive technologies. The Phase I/II clinical trial is conducted by Lomonosov Moscow State University.
