Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MEDIZINAL-Cannabisblüten Typ 1 DEMECAN is a medical cannabis flower product developed and manufactured in Germany by DEMECAN. It is derived from the Bubba Kush cultivar (an Indica-dominant strain) and contains approximately 21% tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and less than 1% cannabidiol (CBD). The product is cultivated under strict pharmaceutical conditions (GMP standards) and is indicated for the treatment of severe, treatment-resistant conditions such as chronic pain, spasticity associated with multiple sclerosis, sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, and appetite loss. Its therapeutic effects are primarily mediated by THC acting as a partial agonist at cannabinoid CB1 and CB2 receptors, which modulates neurotransmitter release and pain signaling pathways.
