Megestrol acetate + testosterone enanthate is a combination of two pharmaceutical agents. Megestrol acetate is a synthetic progestin with antineoplastic and appetite-stimulating properties. It acts primarily as an agonist at the progesterone receptor and has antigonadotropic effects that suppress gonadal steroid production[1][2][5].
