Overview
EstroG-100 + GABA is a non-hormonal dietary supplement combination marketed under the brand name **Mellow Menopause** by the consumer wellness company **OLLY**. The product is formulated to alleviate a broad range of menopausal symptoms, including hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, fatigue, sleep disturbances, and mood swings. It contains **EstroG-100** (514 mg), a proprietary herbal blend of three root extracts (*Angelica gigas*, *Cynanchum wilfordii*, and *Phlomis umbrosa*) with roots in traditional Korean and Chinese medicine, and **GABA** (gamma-aminobutyric acid, 50 mg), an inhibitory neurotransmitter. EstroG-100 is designed to target menopausal symptom pathways non-hormonally, while GABA acts on GABAergic receptors to support mental relaxation and stress relief. Clinical study results from a randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled trial (n=80) demonstrated significant reductions in hot flash intensity and frequency, as well as improvements in stress, mood, and sleep quality over a 5-week period.
