Mensol is a homeopathic uterine sedative and tonic developed by Hapdco Lifesciences (Hahnemann Pure Drug Co.). It is formulated as a multi-ingredient syrup containing natural homeopathic extracts such as Janosia ashoka, Cinchona officinalis, Abroma augusta, Caulophyllum thalictroides, Viburnum opulus, Pulsatilla nigricans, Magnesium phosphoricum, and Calcarea phosphorica. Mensol is indicated for the regulation of menstrual disorders and the promotion of overall uterine health. It is traditionally used to treat amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, menorrhagia, metrorrhagia, leucorrhea, and associated symptoms such as menstrual cramps, lower back pain, headaches, vertigo, and general debility.
